Terms + Conditions

By hiring with Designer Hire CQ, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

BOOKINGS

To secure your booking, reserve your rental date and make full payment to ensure you don’t miss out.  The item will not be reserved until this is done.

 

POSTAGE + TIMEFRAMES

We provide flat rate postage fee of $35.00 which is in addition to your hire fee.  This fee includes express postage to you, as well as a paid return satchel included with your order for you to return to us. 

Designer Hire CQ cannot provide guarantee for next day delivery.  We will not be held liable if the hire item does not arrive on time.  We will however do our best to get the item to you as early as possible.

Metro Areas - No later than COB Tuesday for weekend hires
All other orders - will be sent on a Monday for weekend hires
If needed sent earlier, please contact us to arrange and we are happy to try and facilitate.

Pick Ups are available upon request.

 

TRY ONS

Try ons are welcome to local customers in Yeppoon/Rockhampton and surrounding area upon appointment request. If you wanted to try the item on before booking, please contact our team at admin@designerhirecq.com.au

 

RETURNS

All local pick ups must be returned by the end of the next business day. When posting, all items must be returned by post the next business day.

A late fee of $15.00 per day may incur for both pick up and posted hire if that have not been returned on time.

If the return is too late that it impedes on a following booking, you will become liable for the garment hire fee.

 

CLEANING

Please leave all the cleaning of garments to us.

Do not attempt to clean the garment yourself. If an item is damaged or stained an additional cost may be incurred.

If an item is damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the full RRP of the hire garment.

 

CANCELLATION

Designer Hire CQ does not offer refunds on hires once payment is received.

The policy is inclusive of change of mind and hire item not fitting.  So please choose carefully and ensure you are aware of your sizing with brands before hiring.
